Old Faithful is back. Acer’s Nitro V is consistently one of the best-selling gaming laptops available because it offers some good specs that are frequently found well below the $1,000 mark. Today, you can get it for just $639.99 on eBay, which includes a 13th-generation Core i7 processor, an RTX 4060 graphics card, and 16GB of RAM. (Even if it is a refurbished model, it comes with a two-year warranty from Allstate.) Other highlights include a 512GB SSD, a 15.6-inch screen with a fast 144Hz refresh rate, and a backlit keyboard. These specifications should be more than enough to play the newest games, though graphically demanding titles (like the recent Indiana Jones)
I should also mention that upgrading these computers is not too difficult. The user can access two M.2 SSD slots and two SO-DIMM RAM slots in the ANV15 version. Therefore, you may quickly upgrade this device to 32GB of RAM and 1.5 TB of storage with a screwdriver and some inexpensive parts. Please be aware that particular configuration has lower specs, however you can read the entire review here.
Thanks to a wide range of ports, the Nitro V makes a reasonably priced media or educational device. USB-C, two USB-A ports, full-sized Ethernet, and HDMI are on the left side. There is a headphone jack and a single USB-A port on the right. At 4.66 pounds (2.11 kilos), it is somewhat pluggable, and with such powerful components, don’t expect the 57-watt-hour battery to last very long.
