Additionally, Asus included networking in the monitor. The monitor’s maximum resolution and refresh rate can be supported by all of its connectors, which include one DisplayPort 1.4 and two HDMI 2.1 ports. Design

Your desktop will seem more stylish thanks to the monitor’s two RGB LED illumination elements, one on the back of the screen and one under the stand. They can be synchronized with other Asus Aura Sync devices because they are compatible with Aura Sync. I did not think either of the RGB LED lights were unduly bright at their default settings, and they both give a decent range of customization choices.
The Swift PG32UCDP sports a broad tripod-style stand that takes up more room than is necessary, just like previous Asus ROG monitors. Additionally, it sits closer to the viewer than others, which may be uncomfortable if the depth of your desk is only 25 to 26 inches. Because of its smaller, flat stand, LG’s UltraGear 32GS95UE-B is comparable and yet takes up useable desk space. A usual feature for a monitor in this price range, the Asus stand allows for ergonomic height, tilt, and swivel adjustments. That being said, I did not like how rigid the height adjustment was.
Although I do not like the size of the included stand, Asus provides a 100mm x 100mm VESA mount that may be used to attach a different stand or a monitor arm. The Swift PG32UCDP and other Asus ROG monitors are compatible with an ergonomic arm from Asus that bears the ROG logo. Although I have not tested it, this arm’s design is in line with Asus’s ROG style.
Performance
Perhaps the most intriguing aspect of the Asus ROG Swift PG32UCDP is its dual-mode display. It has the ability to display in 4K resolution at up to 240Hz or in 1080p resolution at up to 480Hz. Other than that, this capability is unique. Asus shares it with other 32-inch LG WOLED monitors, such as the LG Ultragear 32GS95UE-B. The greatest refresh rate that a consumer OLED screen can currently offer is 480Hz.
The sharpness of the motion is amazing. OLED displays’ low pixel response times, which lessen motion blur, already make them appear excellent at 240Hz. But the 1080p 480Hz mode has you covered if you want to see even more clarity.
Games at 480Hz look almost perfect in motion clarity. Even the smallest details are clear when rapidly panning the camera or moving quickly through a scene. It’s not flawless, but the difference over even 240Hz is so striking that it might feel that way. Motion clarity rivals, and probably exceeds, 500Hz IPS monitors like the Aliewnare AW2524H.
The adaptive sync feature of the Swift PG32UCDP, which incorporates official AMD FreeSync Premium Pro and NVIDIA G-Sync Compatible certification, greatly improves the device’s motion performance. Put simply, it should deliver fluid, stutter-free gameplay with any visual card available on the market.
