I’m in charge of covering the monitor section of bestcomputerfinder Amazon Prime Day coverage, and although OLED prices are often declining, I noticed that this year’s cheapest one was almost 20% more costly than the one from the previous year. However, this AOC OLED display, which is currently $427.69, is less expensive than it was on Prime Day.
This AOC Q27G4ZD monitor has a 27-inch 2560×1440 display, a fast 240Hz refresh rate, and a disappointing absence of USB-C capabilities. It covers all the same points as the budget OLED staples (yes, I realize that “budget” is a relative phrase with OLEDs). However, it has four USB-A ports for connecting a few accessories and three inputs (two HDMI and one DisplayPort) for managing multiple computers or consoles. However, this isn’t a good fit for a laptop used for gaming.
However, this is an excellent option for upgrading your desktop setup at a reasonable cost. AOC has VESA compatibility for mounting a monitor arm, G-Sync compatibility, and a 3-year Dead Pixel warranty (albeit it makes no mention of burn-in).
If you’ve been waiting, take advantage of this offer since it’s the lowest price I’ve found for an OLED display in months. I’m not sure how long it will last. However, if it’s not exactly what you want, you can find more options by reading the bestcomputerfinder list of the top monitors available.
